Through the quote request form or by email we may receive the following data:

• contact details: name, company or organisation, email address, phone number;
• trip details: dates, times, departure point and destination, stops, number of passengers, additional requests;
• invoice recipient details, if provided (e.g. company name and registration code);
• other information you provide yourself in the request or in correspondence.

Please do not include special categories of personal data (e.g. health data) in your request unless this is essential for organising the trip.

• to respond to quote requests and prepare quotes;
• to plan the trip and to conclude and perform the contract;
• to communicate with you about a request, booking or cooperation;
• to meet accounting and other legal obligations.

Depending on the situation, we process personal data on the following grounds:

• steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract — responding to quote requests and organising the trip;
• legitimate interest — communicating with contact persons of business clients and partners and managing the business relationship;
• legal obligation — e.g. retaining accounting documents;
• consent — only for optional analytics and marketing cookies.

We do not sell data. Data may be accessed only by persons and authorised processors needed to provide the service, such as the web hosting and email service provider, the accounting service provider and IT service providers. When organising a trip, we may share data with cooperation partners to the extent necessary. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

If you have allowed analytics cookies, website usage data is also processed by the analytics service provider (see cookie information).

We keep data only for as long as necessary to process the request, perform the contract, resolve possible claims or meet legal obligations. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to:

• access the data processed about you;
• request the correction of inaccurate data;
• request the deletion of data or the restriction of processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• request data portability, where applicable;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

To submit a request, email rtx@rtx.ee. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee) or a court.
